What We Collect

The only place this site collects personal information is the contact form. When you submit it, we receive:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your phone number, if you choose to provide it — it's optional
  • Whatever you write in the message field

The form also has a hidden field used to catch automated spam submissions. It isn't visible to real visitors and isn't a piece of information we collect about you.

We don't use cookies, analytics, or any other tracking on this site. If that ever changes, this page will be updated to say so before it happens.

How We Use It

Your contact form submission is used for exactly one thing: replying to you — to answer your question, schedule a lesson, or follow up on whatever you asked about. We don't use it for marketing, and we don't add you to a mailing list without asking first.

How We Share It

We don't sell or rent your information to anyone, full stop. Your submission is delivered by email using Cloudflare's email infrastructure — the same platform that hosts this website — which processes the message only to deliver it. It isn't shared with any other third party.

Data Storage & Security

The contact form is submitted over HTTPS, so your information is encrypted in transit. Once delivered, it lives in the same place any email reply would — there's no separate database or customer list it gets copied into. We keep it only as long as it's useful for actually responding to you.

Your Rights

If you'd like to know what information we have from you, have it corrected, or have it deleted, just ask — reach out through the contact form or reply to any email from us, and we'll take care of it. This is meant in the spirit of Canada's federal privacy law (PIPEDA): you're always entitled to ask what's held about you and to have it corrected or removed.

Children's Privacy

This site isn't directed at children, and the contact form is meant to be filled out by an adult — a player, or a parent or guardian booking lessons on a young player's behalf.

Changes to This Policy

If what we collect or how we use it ever changes in a meaningful way, this page will be updated and the date above will move with it. Small wording clarifications don't need to bump the date; a real change to what data is collected or how it's used will.
